You should never miss an Elecdeer engine water pump for your car

The function of the engine water pump is to drive the coolant to dissipate the heat of the engine, ensure that it circulates in the cooling system, keep the water circulating in the radiator, take away the heat, and ensure that the engine is not too hot.

There are many water channels for cooling water circulation in the cylinder of the car engine. These water channels are connected to the radiator placed in the front of the car through water pipes to form a large water circulation system. The water pump is installed on the upper water outlet of the engine, driven by the fan belt, to pump out the hot water in the water channel of the engine cylinder, and pump the cold water into it. There is also a thermostat next to the water pump. When the car is just started, it is not turned on, so the cooling water will only circulate in the engine and will not pass through the water tank. When the engine temperature reaches above 95 degrees, it will be turned on, the hot water in the engine will be pumped into the water tank, and the cold air in the car will blow through the water tank to take away the heat.

The working principle of the pump is that the engine drives the bearing and the impeller of the pump to rotate through the pulley, and the coolant in the pump is driven by the impeller to rotate together. Under the action of centrifugal force, it is thrown to the edge of the pump casing, and a certain pressure is generated at the same time, and then flows out from the water outlet or water pipe. As the coolant is thrown out, the pressure in the center of the impeller is reduced, and the coolant in the water tank is sucked into the impeller through the water pipe under the pressure difference between the inlet of the pump and the center of the impeller to realize the reciprocating circulation of the coolant.
