RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Exchange Policy:

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

Service refers to the Website.

You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.


GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account. You are eligible for a REFUND, CREDIT/GIFT CARD, or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:


All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:


To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.


In the event of one returned product not complying with the return request or one of the return conditions not being respected, the product will be returned to the client at his expense.

The shipping fees for the return of a flawless product to the client are to be borne by the client. RenhotecIC will store flawless or improperly returned products for a maximum period of 1 (one) month. After this period, RenhotecIC reserves the right to destroy the products.


Fees. The shipping fees for returned products will be shared as described hereinafter:

Shipping fees for the return of defective products to RenhotecIC After-Sales Service will be borne by the client.

Shipping fees for the delivery of repaired or exchanged products to the client's address will be borne by Elecdeer.


REFUND POLICY

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the goods within 30 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase. If the payment was made thru bank the following information are needed to be provided:

Full name and IBAN number

Refunds will be returned to the payment account within 5 business days.  If you don't get it in time, please contact us freely. 


EXCHANGE POLICY

Product can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided that such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for item within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • Product wasn't used or damaged
  • Product must include original tags (if applicable)
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product if the item is confirmed to be damaged we may ask you to keep it and not send it back..

You exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

You are given the rights to exchange the item, One time. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.

If you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you are exchanged, we will ask you to pay the price difference. In case the value is lower, we will credit you with the difference.
