Installation Notes:
Step 1: Simulate installation
Adjust the position of the product to be installed on the car to the appropriate position, pay attention to the direction and front-to-back order of the product.
Step 2: Surface treatment
(1) Clean
Clean the parts to be installed with a non-defibrating towel dipped in alcohol or clean water.
Precautions:
Before installation and fitting, the installation surface must be clean and dry, free of dust, fibers, water stains, oil stains or other contaminants. When the operating environment temperature is below 10 degrees, be sure to heat the 3M adhesive layer on the surface and the product.
For the use of tackifier, a small amount of tackifier can be used on the cotton swab where the glue is to be applied to make the sticking more reliable and stable.
(2) Installation
First tear off the protective film of the 3M adhesive layer on the back of the product, leaving the film outside, carefully adjust the product position to the exact position, and then slowly tear off the film and press the product into place.
(3) Stand still
Within 48 hours after the product is installed, the pasted part of the product must not be exposed to water, oil and dust, and it must not be touched vigorously to prevent the adhesive layer from cracking.
